How to get to Punta del Este from Montevideo

Punta del Este is less than 2 hours by car or bus form Montevideo. Although you can buy the ticket on the bus, it is better to buy the ticket before.

There are 3 companies that offer trips from Montevideo terminal (Tres Cruces, https://www.trescruces.com.uy/) to Punta del Este terminal, which is just 5 minutes by taxi from the venue. The buses stop at the airport if you have already bought the ticket, so you can go directly from the airport.

Prices of the bus is around 10 USD, and you have to ask for get off at stop 6 of Punta del Este ("Parada seis", in Spanish).
