Important Information

All papers accepted for presentation at LASCAS2026 must be paid for using the full registration fee (see top table), which allows one author to present the paper and entitles them to access Tutorials, oral presentations, coffee breaks, three lunches, cocktails and the gala dinner. Full registration fees are based solely on the following categories: IEEE CASS member, IEEE member only, and Non-members (neither IEEE CASS nor IEEE members). The amounts are indicated at the top of the table. One Full Registration (categories: IEEE CASS Member, IEEE Member, or Non-member) can cover up to 2 authored papers, including papers of collocated conferences. Full registration MUST be completed until December 15th 2025.

Co-authors and other attendees must register according to their status as professionals, students, or other, as indicated in the table (considering the date of registration). This gives them full access to tutorials, oral presentations, coffee breaks, three lunches, cocktails and the gala dinner. Attending Students (without accepted paper) include only access to all sessions and coffee breaks.

Student Registration covers one IBERCHIP paper.

Cancellation policy: The deadline for the registration refund request must be within two weeks before the event, and the maximum amount to be reimbursed will be 80%. The remaining 20% should cover the administrative costs of registration. After this deadline, no refunds are allowed. Refunds will be paid until 60 days after the conference.
