Submission Guidelines

  • If you need to edit any information, it may be done up until the submission deadline.

Paper Guidelines

  • Use the Manuscript Templates of IEEE Conference Proceedings
  • Paper Length: Maximum 5 pages total, with 4 pages for technical content and 1 optional page for additional references.
  • Paper Size: A4 (210mm x 297mm)
  • File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf)
  • File Size: Up to 5.0MB
  • Do not page number your paper.
  • Do not apply security settings to your PDF file.

  • LASCAS: English
  • IBERCHIP: English, Portuguese, or Spanish
